AKI is an award-winning vertically integrated real estate investment, development and construction firm headquartered in Astoria, NY

AKI owns and operates more than 15 real estate service businesses, all providing strategic support for the acquisition and development of luxury residential and mixed-use properties.  This multi-platform structure promotes in-house acquisition, design, development, construction, capital, asset management and property management divisions.

AKI’s competitive advantage lies in the firm's ability to recognize opportunities in improbable places. Known as a pioneer in the real estate community, AKI incorporates theme-based concepts in every property constructed, meaning that no two properties are alike and each has an exclusive design, interior finishes, branding and marketing separating itself from competitors.

The AKI team has over 120 years of combined real estate experience and has participated in the development of over $2 billion in real estate projects.  AKI is extensively involved in real estate and agriculture in Europe, in addition to over a dozen active development sites in Astoria, Brooklyn & New Jersey.
